MIND Diet - Breakfast Ideas!


The MIND Diet calls for 3 servings daily servings of whole grains. Swap your regular Oatmeal for whole grain oatmeal, or try some of the recommendations below. Top up with berries (recommend two 1/2 cups weekly), nuts (recommended 1/4 cup daily serving).

  • Oatmeal with blueberries and sliced almonds

  • Shredded wheat with strawberries and nuts

  • Whole grain toast with natural nut butter

  • Veggie omelet with whole grain English muffin

  • Greek yogurt with berries

  • Protein shake with strawberries and spinach

  • Gluten-free whole grain waffle with strawberries
