April SESSION #! - Healthy Eating Challenge/Nutrition Class
Coach Cera will review what to expect in the April nutrition series and answer any general questions, share testimonials, and get you motivated!
The April classes will equip you with practical steps on how to make healthy food choices and end the diet cycle. Zoom sessions will be recorded and available to participants to keep (including class notes and weekly emails/health tips/recipes/motivation). Topics covered include:
